The all new Kia Sportage petrol hybris combines a 1.6-litre T-GDi turbocharged four-cylinder paired with a 44.2 kW electric motor and 1.49 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery. Combined output rises to 235 bhp and 265 Nm of torque—up from 212 bhp in the outgoing version. Power is transmitted through a refined six-speed automatic gearbox, available with front or all-wheel drive (AWD) configurations. The Sportage Hybrid is available in multiple trims, including the Pure,GT-Line and GT Line S. All trims feature a 12.3-inch screens with the top model GT-Line S variant having a second 12.3-inch driver display for a seamless curved panoramic interface.Materials have been upgraded throughout, with new brushed-finish panels replacing piano black trim and hidden air vents creating a clean horizontal layout Seat comfort improves through new bio PU leather and suede upholstery using sustainable Dinamica® fabric, made from up to 75 percent recycled polyester. Interior flexibility remains one of the model’s strengths: the rear bench folds 40:20:40, expanding luggage capacity from 587 to 1,776 litres. The hybrid’s battery pack sits under the rear seats, preserving passenger and cargo space identical to petrol versions.
